I am a wedding and portrait photographer based out of the Grand Rapids, Michigan area (but ready to travel!). As your wedding photographer I want to document the entire day for you. The details, the smiles, the tears, and everything in between. It's beautiful to see each couples connection with each other, and to the people they choose to surround themselves with on that special day. I'll spend time getting to know you so that I'm prepared to both capture the day and help to ensure that everything goes smoothly. If you like my style, which I describe as, clean, colorful, and timeless, let's chat! I'd love to see how I can make your vision come true!
We can set up a coffee date, phone call, video chat, or something else that is easy for you, to decide if I am the right fit for wedding day or portrait needs.
I'll be there to answer any questions you have. As your day get's closer we will nail down a shot list, timeline, and anything else we need to make the day run smoothly!
Let's Take Pictures!
Most wedding packages come with a complimentary engagement session. The engagement session will help you get comfortable in front of a camera, and allows us to get to know each other!
This day is all about you! So much planning and effort goes into your wedding day and i'd be honored to capture it for you!
Each couple's wedding is unique to them, which I love! That also means that each person has different needs on their day. I'd love to hear more about your wedding so that I can give you a custom quote.
Weddings start at $2300

Frequently asked questions
How do I book with you?
I'm so glad you've decided I am the right fit for your photography needs! After we've chatted and determined your photography needs, I'll send you a contract and an invoice for a non-refundable retainer (25% of your wedding package). As soon as the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is secure and we are rockin and rollin! If you're booking a portrait session, the same will apply except the non-refundable retainer is 50% of your session fee.
How many pictures will I get?
I deliver around 50 images per hour of coverage on a wedding day. This means I usually deliver 400+ images. However, I don't stop editing when I've hit that number. I'm not going to withhold memories from you! I'll edit any picture I think you'll enjoy and include it in your gallery. Usually this just means I cull out duplicates and any where eyes are closed, etc.
How long until I get my photos back?
I know how hard it can be to wait for pictures and that is why I have a process in place to make sure you don't have to wait too long!
Is there a second photographer?
I always bring a trusted photographer with me to help capture those special moments! Your personal wedding day needs will determine other details.
Will you pose us?
My goal is to capture natural looking images. HOWEVER! I am a firm believer that natural looking photos don't usually happen naturally. I will absolutley guide you through your shoot! My photography style is a mix of photojournalistic and traditional. I think you need those traditional shots for grandma's mantel, but I also love a more candid looking image (even if it wasn't actually candid). On a wedding day I am always looking for moments to snap and save for you to look back on (many of which you probably didn't get to see yourself).
